The Gist

  • Plaza Midwood hangout energy comes through in bold flavor + Southern charm—a colorful, casual spot built around hot chicken + cold beer.
  • Tenders here get the full treatment—hand-breaded Local Springer Mountain Chicken that leans craveable, not fussy.
  • It’s casual comfort food, but the ingredients stay legit with nothing but real Springer Mountain Chicken showing up in the nuggs.
  • Sauces are part of the fun, so you call the shots: tenders vs. nuggets vs. buffalo-style across the menu, then pick your sauce lane.
  • Come-as-you-are + lively neighborhood energy—expect warm hospitality + an atmosphere as colorful as the name.
