Coco Bistro & Bar is located in the historic Glen Lennox community of Chapel Hill. Reimagined from Coco Bean, an award-winning Chapel Hill-born coffee shop and cafe, this 3,000 sq ft family-owned biz was built entirely from scratch. The reimagined dual concept is a 100% plant-based initiative that’s a coffee shop and bistro by day, bar and restaurant by night.

They source almost all of their ingredients from local vendors and import only items they’ve sampled and enjoyed for years. (TG because we're obsessed with their hazelnut chocolate from Italy and New Zealand wines.)

Warm falafel served on homemade hummus w sprigs of piedmont microgreens + bunching onions

🥨 SOFT BUTTERY PRETZELS

Two soft, salt-sprinkled pretzels, served w homemade beer cheese sauce made with French Broad Golden Rod Pilsner
