• A first of its kind in Tampa Bay (and throughout the US) Nene's Restaurant provides a seriously unique culinary fusion by serving up dishes from Ukraine, Georgia, Turkey + Azerbaijan. AKA, we're taking you on an international dining _experience_ y'all.
• Family-owned and operated, this rooted spot is named "_Nene's_" after the owner + mother to all, Masha, otherwise known as _Nana_ by her children + grandchildren. Like many of us, they had trouble pronouncing the names of these traditional dishes, and the term "Nana's Restaurant" about her kitchen, just stuck.
• Though some of the menu items may be unfamiliar, upon entering Nene's, you will feel right at home with the intimate + cozy vibe perfect for a date-night or family dinner.
• Authentic is an understatement y'all. This fam goes above and beyond to ensure a transformative dining experience going as far as making daily trips to the farmers market for their ingredients, all made in-house + importing their herbs from Georgia that _only_ grow on the mountains there.
• Think familiar meats + dishes reimagined with cultured flavor profiles. This is the perfect spot to unleash your inner adventurous foodie and try something new.
