After a long hiatus (thanks, COVID), Virgil’s Original Taqueria has finally come back remastered, re-mixed, and better than ever. Renamed Virgil’s Cocktails + Cocina, they’ve doubled their space, taking over the former home of Linus + Pepper’s, revamped their menu, and given the whole place a sleek facelift. Get ready for an absolutely killer cocktail program, live tunes, lots of candlelight, and authentic elevated mains like prime rib Carne Asada and ACP with achiote braised chicken, plantain-studded rice, pickled onion, and fiery habanero sauce.
