Located in Lafayette Village lies Simply Crêpes—a craft kitchen cranking out incredible crêpes, craft cocktails, and more. This family-owned biz was opened by wife-and-husband duo Karen and Pierre Heroux who created the concept based on their heritage, experience overseas, and an innate passion for family. Pierre grew up spending his summers working on his family farm in Quebec, where breakfasts consisted of homespun crêpes cooked on a buttery cast iron, stuffed with brown sugar, and smothered in the family’s own maple syrup.

Today, the Heroux family shares these family recipes with authentic flavors and incredibly fresh ingredients. From the crêpe-battered fried chicken sandwich to the loaded strawberry crepe, it's safe to say that this spot is simply delish.
