The Gist

  • The OG owners of Tempered Fine Chocolates were a couple that couldn't quite agree on a business concept so they combined both of their ideas: a chocolate shop + a speakeasy called Green Hour.
  • This badass biz imports its chocolate from Switzerland. The first step is tempering the chocolate (that's where their name comes from) then the chocolatier flash freezes the first layer.
  • The chocolatier puts in work during their production days, spending about 8 hours making the chocolates, and adding ganache for extra flavor.
