How do I get charged for Events?
Just a few important reminders about how billing works for events:
For free (included in membership) events
It is free to claim tickets to event.
If you do not show up and check in via the mobile app, we will charge you a no-show fee (typically $10) per ticket claimed the next day.
We do this b/c spots are tight and we want to make sure that people that claim tickets show up for the partner and don't take spots from other members.
For ticketed events
When you choose an event date, time, and number of people in the app, we charge immediately if the ticket costs money.
If you do not show up and check in via the mobile app, we will charge you a no-show fee (typically $10) per ticket claimed the next day.
If your card was denied, you will be notified immediately and able to fix it.
