How do Events work?
Look out for emails from us throughout the month (and see upcoming events in your app), because you never know when we’re going to announce a Sneak Peek Party or special event. Keep in mind these events are always in high demand and often have limited capacity. Combine that with the last-minute nature of new business openings, and you’ll get why the second we get confirmation on a Sneak Peek, we drop everything and email you an invite.
In that invite, you’ll find all the event details along. Head to your app to claim or buy tickets! And don’t fret if you miss out on one—there’s always plenty more coming down the pike.
2 Types of Tickets
Included in membership (free) - Most events are included in your membership and as long as you show up and check in, they're free.
Paid events - typically low capacity, above and beyond seated events put together by some of the best spots on Offline
If you do score a ticket(s), you’ll show up to the event and check yourself in via the mobile app.
If you miss out on tickets, we will let you know if there are more available.
If you do not show up, you will be charged a no-show fee (typically $10) for each of of the tickets you've claimed.
