Can I upgrade to Annual?
Yes, you can upgrade your account to annual at any time in the app. Your benefits will start right away.
Log into the app
Tap on the More button
Click on the Upgrade banner at the top of the page + follow the instructions
Annual pricing varies by city so check out our plans pages to see how much your annual plan will be. (Tap on a city and then hit "I have a code" to see the plans)
By switching your membership from monthly to annual, you understand that we will:
Charge your credit card immediately for the full annual amount minus the prorated amount you've paid for the month already.
Apply any credit you have on your account to this first payment
There are no mid-plan refunds for annual plans
Auto renew your annual membership each year
