This newly revamped two-story fine dining destination is flooded with natural light and serves phenomenal new-American dishes for dinner and weekend brunch.

The seasonally changing menus highlight the abundance of high-quality ingredients grown, made, and caught by North Carolina farmers, cheesemakers, brewers, distillers, bakers, and fishers.

• MOST POPULAR: The _Burnt Belly_, NC pork belly with a charred exterior + a spicy Szechuan sauce served with a scallion pancake is unreal. Also, the _NC Ribeye Churrasco_ comes with dish-fried plantains, chimichurri, + sweet-glazed local carrots that taste way too good to be veggies. The _NYC B.E.C._ is the way to go for brunch—just don’t forget to dunk it in spicy Russian mayo.
• OUR FAVES: For a super-satisfying brunch, we go for the _Louisville Spicy Honey Chicken Waffle_ featuring NC-pasture-raised fried chicken on a buttermilk waffle, with crumbled NC bacon + a honey-hot sauce. If you’re doing din, start with the _Cheese + Charcuterie_ before moving onto the _Saffron Roasted Cauliflower_. Served with asparagus, mushrooms + a creamy romesco sauce, it’s 100% our new fave way to eat veggies.

• No meat, no problem. The Durham has plenty of vegetarian options.

The Chapel Hill St. parking garage is conveniently located down the block, at the intersection of Chapel Hill St. and Rigsbee Ave. The hourly rate is $2.25, and the daily rate is $24.75. On-street parking is also available in the area for shorter trips, with most spaces operating under a 2-hour time limit. During the workday, Monday-Friday from 8am-7pm, these metered spaces run at $2.50 per hour. Parking is free on weekends and after 7pm on weekdays.
